Cheetah Cubs: Precious at 2.5 Weeks

Shot at Ndutu Safari Lodge, Tanzania in February/March 2019 with the 1Dx II and 500mm f/4 II with a 1.4x III; and,1Dx with the100-400 IS II

This was my most thrilling cheetah sighting in 15 years. The 2.5 week old cheetah cubs were oh so tiny and this was the youngest cheetah family that I've seen in the wild. It was also the first time that I've photographed a family of five and these young quintuplets truly made my heart patter. I feel blessed that Mom allowed me to photograph her precious babies and as you can see, they had the cutest faces and expressions. Heart be still.
